If there is a problem with your order or it is lost, please contact us immediately!

Lone Star Feed will replace your lost or damaged in shipping items at no cost to you. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging.

Exchanges

At this time we do not offer exchanges on apparel unless SIZE issues listed below are present.

Disclaimers

All sales 5 days after your order has been delivered are FINAL and are not eligible for replacement EXCEPT for if flaws in workmanship are found or other manufacturing defects. If the hand tag has been removed, the item will not be eligible for replacement. 

SIZE ISSUES: In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase due to SIZE, we will replace the product with the desired alternative size once we receive the returned item and inspect. If the hang tag is intact and the item is unworn please contact us at apparel@tfpnutrition.com to approve the return. Products must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. No visible signs of use including deodorant or cosmetic stains, perfume scents etc.

***We reserve the right to deny replacement without prior return approval. Only unworn items will be accepted for returns/replacement within 5 days of when the item is delivered.
