Shipping Information

Shipping

We strive to process your order within 1-2 business days after receiving your order.

We provide fast 3-4 business day, UPS guaranteed shipping which includes tracking updates/notifications.

Orders placed on Fridays will not be processed until the following week, as our warehouse is closed on weekends. Orders placed on a Holiday will be processed within 1-3 business days after the Holiday.

Delivery

Typically, your package should be delivered to you within 3-5 days after it has left our warehouse in Nacogdoches, Texas. Lone Star Feed apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Local Shoppers

We do offer in-store pickup at our company store The Lone Star Farm and Home Center at 608 W. Main St., Nacogdoches TX. 75964.

Additional Information

We try to help when delays in delivery happen, but we cannot issue a refund on any portion of shipping unless the carrier approves a refund on shipping charges.

All packages are shipped to the provided address. If your address is not valid, the processing time is longer. Please make sure your address includes zip code and apartment number if applicable. Lone Star Feed Apparel is not responsible for undelivered packages. Undeliverable packages will be returned to sender and the customer will be contacted to update their address. Customer will be charged a shipping fee to reship a package that was returned.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Personalized Wholesaler Orders

Items are ordered as soon as the order is placed whether on the website or over email. If changes need to be made, please reach out in a timely manner to notify us of those changes. We may or may not be able to make the changes to the order.

If the customer has been unresponsive for 2 weeks after placing an order, the order will be canceled, and the customer will be charged a restock fee and return shipping fees.
